Job Summary

We are looking for Production Technicians (Soldering & Testing) to support our electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves manual soldering, PCB assembly, RF cable fabrication, testing, rework, and quality checks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual soldering of electronic components (SMD & Through-Hole)
- PCB assembly, inspection, and rework as per work instructions
- RF cable fabrication, crimping, and continuity testing
- Conduct functional testing, visual inspection, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure quality checks as per IPC or internal quality standards
- Follow ESD safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed and test results
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to resolve defects
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the production floor

Key Skills & Competencies





- Hands-on experience in manual soldering (SMD & Through-Hole)
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and rework
- Experience with RF cable fabrication is an added advantage
- Understanding of ESD precautions and handling
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read basic schematics, BOMs, and work instructions
- Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Experience

- 0 to 2 years of experience in electronics production or testing
- Experience in contract manufacturing or electronics assembly lines preferred

Work Setting

- Electronics manufacturing / production floor
- Standing work with precision hand tools
