We are currently leading the recruitment process for a strategic international partner seeking a Freight Pricing Analyst with technical expertise in cargo logistics to join their team 100% remotely from India.

Role Objective: Ensure competitiveness, efficiency, and profitability in ocean and air freight operations through technical management of costs, tariffs, and direct negotiation with global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and negotiate international freight quotes directly with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and ensure precise rating and liquidation of ocean and air freights.
- Ensure the accurate technical application of Incoterms 2020 in every commercial operation.
- Maintain seamless communication with freight forwarders and global suppliers to optimize lead times and operational costs.

Requirements:

- Mandatory:



Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Pricing within Freight Forwarding companies (Cargo Agencies).
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level minimum) for technical and fluent commercial communication.
- Strong technical command of freight liquidation, rating, and volumetric weight calculations.
- In-depth and updated knowledge of Incoterms 2020.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tariff analysis and cost management.
- High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Work Conditions:

- Location: 100% Remote from India.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (includes a 1-hour meal break).
- Workweek: 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: 900 USD / month (Independent Contractor model via TuGestion LLC).
