Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues or coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST/Accounts is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Training & Shift Details:

- Training: 2-4 months | 6 days/week | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Post Training: 5-day working with rotational shifts.
- Night shifts (9:00 PM onwards) are Work From Home.
