Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads effectively
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to provide tailored client solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads,
opportunities, and sales activities
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales
Experience selling IT services, software solutions, web development, or digital marketing services
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outbound sales activities
Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes will be an added advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of Lead Generation experience
Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience
