Job Title: Tech Lead cum Solution Architect

Position Summary:

You will lead the design and development of our next-generation SaaS platform in the Data Privacy, Compliance, and Governance domain. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid technical expertise in Python, React, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted product development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, interacting with clients, designing scalable solutions, and leading engineering teams to build innovative product features.

Educational Qualification:

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Skill Requirement

- Strong hands-on experience in Python.
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale SaaS products.
- Robust understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- REST API design and development.
- PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD implementation.
- System Design and Solution Architecture.
- Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Agile/Scrum methodology

Technical Knowledge Preferred

- AI Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Experience building AI-assisted applications.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
- Prompt Engineering.
- AI workflow automation.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)



knowledge is an added advantage.

Knowledge of GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks is an advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Define and own the technical architecture of enterprise SaaS applications.
- Lead end-to-end product development using Python and React.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and cloud-native applications.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and deliver current product features aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Drive AI-assisted product innovation by integrating LLMs, AI APIs, intelligent automation, and modern AI capabilities.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Mentor development teams and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in customer discussions and provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
