Hiring: Accounts Executive | Ahmedabad | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (In office)
Employment Type: Contract (9 Months) Extendable

Eligibility:

- B.Com / M.Com/Semi CA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
- Automotive industry experience is an added advantage
- Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and record outgoing payments with accurate accounting entries.
- Review and verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle Accounts Payable activities and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare payment proposals and ensure timely disbursements.
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
