Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Accounting Executive to support the day-to-day accounting operations of our US-based hotel clients. The role is responsible for managing revenue reconciliations, income audits, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver timely and reliable financial information while supporting efficient hotel accounting operations

Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform daily revenue reconciliation and reporting.
Conduct income audits.
Process AP invoices and vendor payments.
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Process payroll entries and payments.
Prepare monthly journal entries.
Review General Ledger balances.
Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Review monthly P&L; reports.




Complete month-end and year-end accounting activities.

Education & Training
- Bachelors or masters degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 2 years of relevant hands-on hotel accounting experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1 2 years of hotel accounting experience.
Knowledge of revenue reconciliation, income audits, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, and financial reporting.
Understanding of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
