Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in home loans and housing finance products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth through DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home loans/housing finance.
- Solid understanding of HL (Housing Loan) products, including LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role or as an individual contributor.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
