We are seeking a hands-on AI Developer responsible for building, coding, and integrating AI-powered applications and components for enterprise customer use cases.The AI Developer writes production-quality code building API services, implementing AI agent components, developing MCP servers, creating RAG pipelines, integrating Azure AI services, and building automation workflows. This role requires strong Python programming, Azure AI service integration skills, and the ability to deliver clean, testable, production-ready code.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Coding Write production-quality Python code for AI/ML applications, API services, and automation workflows Implement AI features using Azure OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence Build and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for Agentic AI solutions Develop AI agent components using Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph Implement RAG pipelines document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, vector storage, and retrieval logic Build REST APIs and microservices for AI solution backends Develop automation workflows using Power Automate, Azure Functions, or backend services Build Copilot Studio solutions for applicable customer scenarios (chatbots, knowledge-base agents)Integration & Data Integrate AI solutions with customer enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and webhooks Work with Cosmos DB write queries, manage data models, implement CRUD operations Configure and manage Azure AI Search indexes, skillsets, and indexers Perform data preprocessing, transformation, and feature engineering for ML models Implement data ingestion components for Microsoft Fabric pipelinesQuality & Delivery Write clean, well-structured, and testable code following team coding standards Follow Git workflows branching, pull requests,
