Responsibility

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management and related management subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and learning resources aligned with the curriculum.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, internships, and career development.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development activities.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, faculty development programs, conferences, and industry interactions.




- Undertake administrative responsibilities assigned by the department and university.
- Foster industry collaborations for guest lectures, internships, live projects, and placement support.

Qualification & Eligibility

- Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
- Essential Qualification (Either of the following):
- Ph.D. in Management/Human Resource Management from a recognized university; OR
- UGC-NET qualified in Management.

- Qualifications shall be as per applicable UGC/AICTE norms.
