- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and journal entries.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and statutory audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- 510 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (Odoo/SAP/Tally Prime or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
