About the Role

We are into the end-to-end recruitment workflow job search, applications, submissions, and tracking. We're looking for a growth-focused marketing professional to work closely with our sales team, build digital marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, sharpen our product positioning, and ultimately drive sales and revenue for the platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and is measured by pipeline and revenue, not just vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, SEO/content) to generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences (recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams).
- Manage lead generation funnelsfrom awareness to conversionand continuously optimize for cost and quality.




- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) within budget.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ROI).
- Collaborate on content (landing pages, email sequences, case studies, social posts) to support campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture and qualify leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in digital/growth marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or tech.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and demand generation.
- Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data and marketing metrics.
- Positive communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales.
- Comfortable working night shifts from the Ahmedabad office.
