Role Description The Interior Architect /designer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project teams to design and develop interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include creating interior layouts, developing detailed drawings, coordinating interior fit-out elements, and aligning designs with architectural and structural requirements. The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design concepts and presentations, and refining proposals based on feedback. The Interior Architect will also coordinate with contractors and vendors, review materials and finishes, and support site supervision to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.



The position requires regular documentation of design decisions and maintaining consistency with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to optimize layouts and create functional, visually appealing environments.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture to integrate interior concepts with overall building design and technical requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Interior Fit-out, including coordination of finishes, fixtures, and materials, and oversight of implementation in office.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), knowledge of building codes and standards, and familiarity with material specifications are beneficial.
- A degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, along with prior experience in interior projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, is preferred.
