Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Sales professional to drive on-ground business development and product approvals across government hospitals and healthcare institutions in (majorly government hospitals)

This is a fully field-based role requiring strong local market understanding, relationship-building capability, and experience in navigating government healthcare systems

Key Responsibilities

- Drive field sales activities across Bengaluru and nearby regions
- Visit government hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare centers for product approvals and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, procurement teams, and hospital authorities
- Identify opportunities for product placement and expansion within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.




- Track market activity, competitor presence, and provide regular field insights.
- Ensure consistent follow-through on leads and conversion opportunities
- Work independently while aligning with senior leadership on a periodic basis

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in medical device field sales (mandatory)
- Robust exposure to government hospital sales / institutional sales
- Proven track record in relationship management and on-ground execution
- Good understanding of approval processes within public healthcare systems
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote/field-first setup
- Strong communication and negotiation ski
