Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring

- Stay updated on employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements and assess their impact on the company.
- Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Support our HR team for employment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects.
- Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization level
- Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring explicit mitigation plans are defined, tracked and implemented.

Audits & Risk Assessments

• Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps.





• Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks.

• Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

• Work closely with corporate, legal, and HR teams to ensure employment policies align with regulatory standards.

• Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including hiring, termination, workplace policies, and employee relations etc.

Key Qualifications & Skills

✔ Experience: 6-7 years in HR compliance – India and Compliance Audit or a related function.
