We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building solid client relationships, and promoting our travel services and European tour packages. This role requires excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through outbound voice process (telecalling).
Conduct regular follow-ups with the leads provided.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
Use effective negotiation and closing techniques to achieve sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and address queries related to travel products and services.
Promote and sell European tour packages and related travel services.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful deal closures.
Connect with prospective customers through their preferred communication channels.
Explain product features, benefits, and travel offerings clearly to customers.
Collect and maintain required customer information for the sales process.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with telecalling experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in persuading and influencing customers.
Basic understanding of travel industry products and services.
Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Good organizational, follow-up, and customer handling skills.
Prior experience in customer service or sales in the European travel market will be preferred.
