Location: Kolkata (Candidates residing in Kolkata preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused SAP MM Consultant with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Grow, ECC, and S/4HANA environments, with exposure to end-to-end implementations, support, and rollout projects.

The candidate must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as this role involves direct interaction with global clients, business users, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Consulting

- Participate in End-to-End SAP MM implementations from Requirement Gathering to Go-Live and Hypercare Support.
- Configure and customize SAP MM processes based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Grow implementation projects.
- Conduct Business Requirement Workshops and prepare Functional Specification Documents.
- Perform Gap Analysis and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
- Support Data Migration, Master Data Validation, and Cutover Activities.
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT Support, and Production Deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP FI, SD, PP, QM, and Basis teams.

Support & Rollout Activities

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Support for SAP MM modules.
- Handle Incident Management, Change Requests, Enhancements, and Service Requests.
- Participate in Global Rollout Projects and Localization Activities.
- Analyze and resolve business process issues within SLA timelines.
- Support Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization initiatives.





Client & Stakeholder Management

- Interact directly with clients and business users.
- Conduct Requirement Gathering Sessions and Business Workshops.
- Deliver Process Demonstrations and User Training Sessions.
- Prepare User Manuals, SOPs, and Training Documentation.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.

Required Experience

Mandatory Experience

- 2-3 years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience.
- Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation experience in SAP ECC.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Projects.
- Exposure to SAP Grow Projects.
- Experience in Support and Rollout Projects.
- Hands-on experience in Configuration and Customization of SAP MM processes.
- Client-facing consulting experience is mandatory.

- SAP Global Certification in SAP MM / SAP S/4HANA Procurement.

Preferred

- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification.
- SAP Grow Certification.
- Additional SAP Certifications will be an advantage.
