- Provide technical expertise on SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, including sales order processing, customer management, billing, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using SAP SD tools.
- Develop and maintain complex reports using various reporting technologies such as GTS, FICO, PTP, CS.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, invoices, deliveries, returns & exchanges; provide timely resolutions to customers' queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while working on projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation or support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management), TM (Transportation Management), GTS (Goods Transfer System).
- Proficiency in creating complex reports using various reporting technologies like FICO (Financial Accounting), PTP (Production Planning & Control).
