Market Review & Analysis

- Travel to retail partners within assigned zone, collect, consolidate, and analyse market visit feedback, sales data, and retailer inputs.
- Identify customer preferences, regional trends, price points, and product performance indicators within assigned zone.
- Track rapid-moving, slow-moving, and non-performing designs.

Prepare structured market analysis reports for internal review

Strategy & Planning Support

- Assist in preparing post-market action plans based on market insights.
- Support prioritization of designs, collections, and categories for development or modification.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align timelines, quantities, and execution plans.
- Maintain follow-up trackers for assigned action items.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for timely execution.

Monitor post-launch performance and share feedback for continuous improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)





- Timely completion of market analysis and action plans
- Accuracy and effectiveness of market feedback shared with design teams
- Improvement in sell-through and product acceptance
- Quality of coordination with internal teams and retailers

Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of diamond and gold jewellery categories
- Strong analytical and observation skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
- Attention to detail and structured working style
- Willingness to travel extensively for market and store visits

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in Jewellery Design, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field
- 2 to 7 years of experience in jewelery merchandising, retail, or product support preferred
