Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Salary: Up to 30,000 (In-hand)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding our educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling leads, achieving admission targets, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Coordinate with students regarding admission documentation and fee payment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Stay updated with course offerings, admission policies,



and promotional activities.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counselling and convincing ability.

Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Gender: Female

Age: Up to 30 years

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: 03 years in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.

Location Preference: Kolkata or nearby locations.

Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to achieve monthly targets.
