Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for Oracle CC&B; (Customer Care & Billing) issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and customer complaints in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent communication skills and empathy towards their needs.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in Customer Care & Billing domain with expertise in Oracle CC&B; (Any version).

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of O2C cycle processes including Order Management, Invoicing, Credit Management, Collections etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
