Job Summary / The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and drive strategic growth across East & Northeast India. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, building senior-level client relationships, managing the complete business development lifecycle, and positioning our specialised engineering solutions as the preferred choice for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Research infrastructure projects and identify business opportunities across East & Northeast India.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for infrastructure and geotechnical projects.
- Coordinate technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Work with engineering and operations teams to prepare competitive technical proposals.
- Build relationships with EPC contractors, Government departments, PSUs, and consultants.
- Promote the company's geotechnical and foundation engineering capabilities.
- Prepare market intelligence, pipeline reports, and competitor analysis.




- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and technical conferences.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.Tech (Geotechnical) or MBA is preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales.
- Experience in Infrastructure, Foundation Engineering, or Geotechnical projects.
- Knowledge of Diaphragm Walls, Deep Piling, Ground Improvement, and Drilling Technologies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and geotechnical reports.
- Willingness to travel across East & Northeast India.
