We are looking for an experienced House Manager for our boss's residence, Urbana High Rise, in KOLKATA, near Rubi Hospital

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the household efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, cooking, security, drivers, and other domestic staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the residence.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel for repairs and routine servicing.
- Manage household inventory, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
- Maintain household expense records and assist with budget monitoring.
- Handle guest arrangements and ensure excellent hospitality.




- Ensure all household equipment and appliances are functioning properly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling household matters.
- Address emergencies promptly and ensure the safety and security of the property.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in private residences, villas, or luxury homes.
- Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and communication.
