Role & responsibilities

- Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
- Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Tracking: Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Communication: Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about the projects progress. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps).
- Risk Management: Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. Maintain risk and issue logs.
- Tools: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)



to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Support: Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of project operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Facilitate procurement processes, including materials management and vendor coordination.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
- Maintain project documentation, including technical reports, schedules, and contracts.
- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and CAD software (preferred).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in transmission line construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
