Key Responsibilities:
Institution Visits: Visit Schools, Colleges, and Hospitals as per assigned territory
Client Meetings: Meet with Principals, Directors, Admin Heads, Purchase Managers & Decision Makers
Existing Customer Handling: Maintain relationship with current customers across Pan India
New Business Development: Identify and approach potential new customers in Education & Healthcare sector
Product Demo & Presentation: Give product presentations and explain benefits to institutions
Lead Generation: Generate fresh leads and convert them into business
Sales & Target: Achieve monthly targets for sales and tie-ups
Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, feedback,
and market updates
>Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Reporting: Submit daily field reports, visit reports, and feedback to management
>Events & Activations: Participate in brand activations, mall events, and market campaigns
Required Skills:
>Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali - Speaking, Reading & Writing
>Personality: Smart appearance, confident, and excellent public dealing skills
Sales Skills: Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
>Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and explain products/services
Field Stamina: Willing to travel and work across different locations Technical: Proficient with Android phone, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic MS Excel
Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
