Job Summary

ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute organic search growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities, improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and driving lead generation through effective SEO initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Planning

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.

Identify growth opportunities and create SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.

On-Page SEO

Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.

Ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices across all web pages.

Monitor and improve content performance through keyword optimization.

Technical SEO

Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Monitor indexing, crawling, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and mobile usability.

Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Plan and execute backlink acquisition strategies.

Manage outreach campaigns and monitor backlink quality.





Enhance domain authority through ethical and sustainable SEO practices.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms.

Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI from SEO campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Team Coordination

Mentor and guide junior SEO executives.

Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to achieve SEO objectives.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related SEO tools.

Positive understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.

Experience in backlink management and SEO campaign execution.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO will be preferred.
