We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Creative Operations Coordinator (Fresher) to support project execution across our Product and Web teams. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants hands-on exposure to project coordination, agile processes, documentation, quality analysis, and client communication. The coordinator will track team progress, maintain logs and reports, conduct scrum calls, perform basic manual testing, support documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories), and ensure smooth communication between teams and clients.

Job description:-

Project & Team Progress Tracking

- Track daily and weekly progress of all Website, Product development, and marketing teams
- Maintain task-level visibility on what is completed, in progress, delayed, or blocked
- Follow up with team members to ensure updates are shared on time
- Escalate delays, risks, or dependencies to senior team members

Task & Log Management

- Maintain detailed task logs, including task status, owners, timelines, and outcomes
- Maintain error logs, success logs, and revision logs for ongoing projects
- Track recurring issues and help document learnings and improvements
- Ensure all logs are updated accurately and consistently

Documentation & Reporting

- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

- Create and update project reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Maintain organized documentation for easy reference and audits

Scrum & Agile Support

- Conduct or support daily scrum calls, stand-ups, and internal coordination meetings
- Record meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Ensure scrum updates are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Support agile workflows under guidance from senior team members

Basic Quality Analysis & Manual Testing

- Perform basic quality analysis of design, content,



and digital deliverables
- Conduct manual testing to identify obvious issues, errors, or gaps
- Verify deliverables against requirements, user stories, and task instructions
- Log issues clearly and coordinate fixes with the team

Client Communication & Coordination

- Communicate with clients when required for updates, clarifications, or feedback
- Share progress updates and collect client inputs under supervision
- Ensure client feedback is documented and shared clearly with internal teams
- Support smooth and professional client interactions

Conflict Resolution & Team Support

- Identify task-related conflicts, miscommunication, or blockers early
- Help coordinate discussions to resolve minor conflicts or misunderstandings
- Escalate complex issues to team leads or project managers when needed
- Promote collaboration and clear communication within teams

Required Candidate profile:-

- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
- Strong in Techno-functional roles.
- Knowledge on writing technical documentation.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry trends.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the industry and technology.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Patient and able to practice good phone and video call etiquette.
- Self-starter who works well independently.
- Ability to multitask.
