SEO Specialist

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. SEO Management (80%)

Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO for multiple real estate project specific websites.

Perform keyword research, competitor bench marking, and implement SEO best practices to boost organic visibility.

Ensure technical SEO compliance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl/index optimization.

Regularly monitor and improve metrics through Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Track and report SEO performance: keyword rankings, traffic, bounce rate, and goal conversions.

Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, trends, and emerging SEO tools. 2. Reporting & Analytics (20%)

Submit weekly performance dashboards highlighting SEO progress, traffic patterns, and social engagement.

Recommend data-driven optimizations for organic and paid campaigns.

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tracking platforms for detailed reporting.





Preferred Skills

Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Ubersuggest, Yoast.

Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Experience in creating SEO-driven content briefs for writers.

Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress).

Improvement in keyword rankings and organic search traffic.

Increase in website leads via organic channels.

Reduction in bounce rate and improved average session duration.

On-time delivery of SEO reports and optimization updates.
