Main Job Purpose

This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional Consultants
- Handling of Incident and Change Request
- Familiar with SLA
- Working with deadlines
- Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers
- Delivery within budget

Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.

Technical knowledge & Experience required:

Qualifications:

- First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a positive background of software development and IT experience of 2 to 6 years.

The detailed configuration of the following FI-CA components:

- Dunning
- Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
- Account Determination
- Settlement/Clearing Rules
- Collection Agencies
- Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
- Refunds
- Security Deposits
- Instalment Plans
- BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage
- Life Cycle of an Open items
- Payment Plan Knowledge
- Tax
- Knowledge of Batch jobs
- Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
