Role & responsibilities

The Hospital Marketing Head / Marketing Manager will lead the hospital's marketing and business development initiatives to increase OPD and IPD patient footfall, strengthen referral networks, and expand corporate partnerships. The role involves managing a team of 10 marketing executives, developing strategic marketing plans, monitoring team performance, and ensuring sustainable business growth through trade and corporate marketing activities.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of 810 marketing executives.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets to the marketing team.
- Monitor field activities, review performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure timely reporting and achievement of departmental KPIs.

Trade Marketing

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.




- Increase patient referrals through regular doctor visits and relationship-building initiatives.
- Identify new referral sources and expand the hospital's referral network.

Corporate Marketing

- Build relationships with corporate organizations, industries, educational institutions, insurance companies, TPAs, and government organizations.
- Secure corporate health check-up contracts and business partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage corporate tie-ups for employee healthcare services.

Business Development

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase OPD and IPD patient footfall.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Track patient acquisition, referral conversions, corporate business, and revenue growth.
- Monitor marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Present performance updates and growth strategies to senior management.
