We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Hotel Executive to manage hotel bookings, vendor coordination, and client hospitality arrangements. The ideal candidate will ensure that all accommodation requirements for corporate and MICE clients are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel bookings and room allocations for individual and group travelers.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and DMCs for availability, rates, and special requests.
- Negotiate corporate rates and maintain updated rate contracts with partner hotels.
- Ensure accuracy of booking confirmations, billing, and client preferences.
- Work closely with MICE, travel, and transport teams for seamless event and travel coordination.
- Handle client queries, last-minute changes, and special accommodation requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in hotel reservations,
operations, or travel coordination.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems, vendor management, and hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation platforms.
