- Manage the call for applications for different government and corporate programs which includes application form design outreach screening and shortlisting of startups.
- Guide startups during mock pitching sessions and oversee the coordination and management of Grant Committee presentations.
- Onboarding startups by finalize funding milestones and disbursement criteria.
- Identify suitable mentors and experts as needed and execute cohort based bootcamps and mentoring sessions.
- Periodic progress reviews tracking of the startup progress
- Periodic reporting to the Govt or Corporate
- Maintain a comprehensive database of startups advisors and industry experts.
- To guide the team and ensure complete documentation of process.
- Regularly update and utilize the database for program management and reporting purposes.




- Facilitate connections with IITB facilities technical/business experts and external stakeholders such as investors and corporates.
- Provide ongoing support to startups throughout their program tenure.

- B.E/B. Tech or M.E/M.Tech from Electronics Electrical Mechanical Instrumentation or related
- Minimum 6 - 8 years experience of which at least 3 years of work experience in startup ecosystem/incubation.
- Positive understanding of technology & innovation & market trends
- Fair understanding of emerging technologies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and database systems.
