Position: Assistant/Associate Professor Marketing

Required Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- NET/SET/GATE qualification (Preferred for academic compliance)
- For Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Marketing or related field is mandatory, with relevant teaching/research experience as per UGC norms
- Strong communication skills with a student-centric and versatile approach
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and academic development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures and academic sessions in Marketing at UG/PG levels
- Develop and review curriculum and course content
- Engage in lecture planning, preparation, and research activities
- Guide students on projects, dissertations, and internships




- Assess and evaluate student performance
- Participate in academic governance, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives
- Publish research papers and contribute to academic journals
- Supervise Ph.D. students and support ongoing research initiatives
- Write research proposals and secure funding for projects
- Attend and speak at academic conferences and seminars
- Support university events and other responsibilities as assigned
