- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other financial services.
- Process customer queries related to loan applications, account management, and product information.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics like conversion rates, average order value (AOV), etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales or telesales industry.
- Robust knowledge of banking processes, products, and services including credit card sales and loan sales.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
