Role & responsibilities:

Order Processing & Execution to achieve Budgeted Target

- Generating Sales Contract/Order in SAP
- Communicating Dispatch date within four working days from order receipt.
- Arrangement for payments prior to shipments
- Collaborate with exports customers for exports documentation and timely shipments

Sales Support & Recent Business Development

- Send quotation, samples & provide any other information about the product & services required by the customer.
- Support in arrangements of Trade Exhibitions.
- To communicate with the contacts received from various sources like participation in trade shows, embassies, internet websites etc.
- To Co-ordinate with Internal & External stakeholders like PPC, PLANT, PACKAGING, SOURCING ETC."

To Improve Customer Satisfaction:





- Attend Day to Day queries of the customer for order/ dispatch/ payment/ complaints, etc.
- Acknowledgement of mail within a specified response date

. Resolution of any query

MIS Reports

- Monthly reports on Budget vs Actual Sales.
- List of Pending Orders to be sent to the customers on monthly basis.
- Exports trade data
- Preparation of Annual Budget
- To maintain Customer-wise Sales Tracking report.

Operational Efficiency

Provide shipment clearance from buyers

Timely collection of payments

New customer/item code creation

Update packing master in decintel

Update pricing master"
