Urgent opening with a reputed TIC company for the position of MEP Engineer for Navi Mumbai.

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in hotel/ hospital, or real estate projects

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Civil disciplines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
- Manage electrical design validation, technical drawings, load calculations, and BOQs.
- Handle technical evaluations, material submittals, procurement coordination, and approvals.
- Supervise installation of LV/MV, ELV, lighting, power, grounding, and fire alarm systems.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and project handover with complete documentation.




- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate between MEP disciplines during execution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, approvals, and as-built drawings.
