We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Tally and reside in Navi Mumbai for an easy commute.

Role & responsibilities

- Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate ledger accounts and accounts payable/receivable.
- Invoicing: Generate, verify, and process client invoices and vendor bills.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify cash balances.
- Compliance: Assist in preparing data for GST, TDS, and tax filings.
- Reporting: Prepare basic financial statements, including profit and loss summaries.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2 4 years of proven experience in core accounting roles.
- Software: Advanced hands-on knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) is mandatory.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Word.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Competencies: Robust analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
