We are looking for a seasoned Consulting Manager with strong expertise in Retail Customer Experience (CX), eCommerce, and Order Management (OMS). The role combines functional consulting, digital commerce strategy, and domain expertise in retail operations (pricing, promotions, and fulfillment).

You will drive end-to-end retail transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions, while leading client engagements and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Functional Expertise

- Own and drive Order Management (OMS) processes:
- Omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, ship-from-store, ship-to-home)
- Order orchestration, sourcing, splitting, cancellations, returns

- Define and manage Pricing & Promotions frameworks:

- Base pricing, markdowns, bundles, loyalty offers
- Omnichannel price consistency and eligibility rules

- Lead Gift Card lifecycle design:

- Issuance, redemption, reconciliation, refunds, fraud controls

- Ensure alignment across eCommerce, Store Operations, Supply Chain & Customer Service

2. Consulting & Solution Delivery

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across retail/eCommerce transformation
- Act as Product Owner / Functional Lead for commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, AEM, OMS platforms)
- Drive:
- Business process mapping & capability assessments
- User journeys, personas & CX design
- User stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions in Agile environments

3. Customer Experience (CX)



& Digital Commerce

- Design and implement customer-centric digital commerce strategies
- Enhance capabilities across:
- eCommerce, Marketplace, Mobile Apps
- Loyalty, Personalization, Omnichannel experiences

- Develop CX-led transformation roadmaps to improve customer engagement and business performance

4. Client Engagement & Business Development

- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions
- Support and drive RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and GTM initiatives
- Build business cases, value propositions, and strategic POVs
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor

5. Leadership & Thought Leadership

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and functional teams
- Author thought leadership (whitepapers, PoVs, industry insights) in retail & CX
- Contribute to growth of consulting practice and innovation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- 8- 14 years of experience in:
- Retail consulting / digital transformation
- eCommerce & Customer Experience programs

- Strong expertise in:

- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Pricing, Promotions & Retail Payments (Gift Cards)
- Omnichannel retail operations

- Hands-on experience with:

- Shopify Commerce, Magento, AEM or similar platforms

- Proven experience in:

- Consulting delivery & stakeholder management
- Business development (RFP/RFI/proposals)

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking ability
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Educational Qualification

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution (preferred)
