Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:

This role will be part of Data Organization under Data and Analytics Team. This role will work on Material Master data as data steward and work on Material Master for SAP-based operations, driving policy, SOPs, and data quality standards while managing the creation/change request intake process. Partners cross-functionally to resolve data discrepancies, implement validation/cleansing controls, and continuously improve master data processes.

About The Job (Job Responsibilities):

- Work on policy, SOP’s, training document, align to business strategy and regulatory requirements for Material Maste data
- Review the Data Quality Rules report regularly and Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
- Work on Material Master creation/change request intake process
- Collaborate with other functions team to support data requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for Material master data.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience):

- 10+ years in data governance, master data management, or data quality roles in Material master data. Preferably for SAP.




- Working knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK data governance domain and/or EDM Council DCAM; formal certification (e.g., CDMP) a plus.
- Experience with ERP/SAP master data structures and data quality tooling.
- Robust facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills across regions and functions.
