The Shop Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the luxury retail laundry store, ensuring seamless workflow and outstanding customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage counter sales operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash handling activities, including receiving payments, making change, and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Execute retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data using Sales Order Processing software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales or similar industry (counter sales).
- Robust understanding of Counter Sales principles and practices.
- Proficiency in handling cash handling activities accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
