About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant – Data & AI to bridge business objectives with technology solutions across enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills combined with an understanding of modern data platforms, analytics, and AI technologies.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, define solution requirements, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise data and AI solutions. This role demands excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and solution-oriented problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and operational processes.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit business and functional requirements.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities through Data and AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Define business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

Solution Analysis & Design

- Partner with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to design scalable Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and solution documentation.
- Develop use cases, process models, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
- Perform impact analysis and gap assessments for recent initiatives.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.




- Facilitate discussions across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities.
- Present business requirements, solution approaches, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations.

Project Delivery & Agile Execution

- Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization.
- Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-offs.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with project goals.

Data & AI Enablement

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Analytics teams to define data requirements.
- Understand enterprise data models, reporting requirements, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Support AI and Generative AI use cases by documenting business scenarios and functional workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities using AI-driven technologies.
- Assist in defining data governance, quality, and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or AI projects.
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation, business process analysis,



and solution documentation.
- Hands-on experience creating:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Wireframes
- Functional Specifications

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience working on Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or AI implementation projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, or Snowflake.
- Good hands-on understanding of SQL, Python, Power BI/Qlik Sense, reporting, dashboarding, data modeling, and analytics concepts.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries, perform data analysis, validate datasets, and collaborate effectively with Data Engineering and AI teams.
- Exposure to BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Fabric, or similar is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Finance is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with relevant experience will also be considered.

- Experience with:
