Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of AR Caller in an Inbound Calling International Voice Process. Candidates having International BPO experience are welcome, and prior experience in AR Calling field will be an added advantage.

Job Description

- Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Respond to inquiries related to claim status, claim payments, denials, and appeals.
- Verify member eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
- Assist providers with prior authorization and referral-related questions.
- Explain claim processing decisions, payment details, and denial reasons.
- Research provider inquiries using payer systems and documentation.
- Create service requests and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.




- Document all call details accurately in the system.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service metrics.

Required Skills

- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance and payer operations OR Experience in Inbound Calling
- Understanding of medical claims, benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization OR Good understanding of customer handling.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while handling calls.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Work Schedule:

- Willingness to work Night shifts
- Shift timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
