- Market research and analysis on latest trends

- New Design Introduction Stock fill planning

- Based on the data placing order for the products with vendors

- Assess quantity of product against demand and supply

- Responsible for finalizing quality and caratage of the products

- Ensuring required Jewellery delivery with the TAT.

- Identifying the location where the product will be most desired

- Design offers and discount to be associated with the product

- Design Ranking

- Product Life Cycle Management

- Coordinate with the stores for replenishment on daily basis.

- Season Up stocking

- Solid in excel & stakeholder management





- Data Gap Analysis for New Product Introduction

- Sales and Order projection

- Market benchmarking Gold rate, diamond rate, buyback, exchange, making charges

Skill Required

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in replenishment management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the jewellery industry.

- Familiarity with product life cycle management and inventory control principles.

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
