Job opening for Patient Counsellor
Location:
Mumbai - Kurla /Bandra/ Powai
Bangalore- Indiranagar / Jayanagar/ Malleshwaram
Pune- Aundh/Koregaon Park
Delhi- Gurgaon/ Karkardooma/ Noida
Experience: 1-6 Years
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA
(depends on Work Experience and last drawn salary)
Role: Handle patient interactions, explain treatment plans, manage front desk, and convert consultations into confirmed treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient counselling & coordination
- Front desk & appointment management
- Explain treatment & pricing
- Drive conversions & revenue
- Handle patient queries & ensure satisfaction
Eligibility:
- HSC / Graduate
- Positive communication skills
- Customer service / sales experience preferred
- Basic Excel knowledge
Work Schedule: 6 days working (including Sunday), 1 weekday off.
Any 9 hours shift between 7am to 9pm
