Experience

- Freshers & Experienced Candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, BPO, or Customer Service is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business registration, tax, compliance, and legal services.
- Explain IndiaFilings' products and services clearly and professionally.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales setting.
