Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to help hospitals hire qualified healthcare professionals across India. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
