Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager of Finance to oversee our financial planning, reporting, and compliance frameworks. In this role, you will lead the financial team, optimize accounting processes through automation, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

- Working closely with management and stakeholders and assist in developing business strategy.
- Work Closely with Sales team and drive revenue growth through market analysis, competition intelligence and Industry understanding

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Lead annual budgeting processes across all locations and departments.
- Develop rolling financial forecasts by working closely with all stake holders.
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective action plans.
- Model complex financial scenarios to support strategic decisions.

Financial Reporting

- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Present financial performance metrics to executive leadership teams.
- Track key performance indicators to measure business health.




- Ensure timely closing of monthly and fiscal accounting periods.

Audits & Compliance

- Manage internal audits and works closely with FSSC for other audits.
- Enforce strict adherence to accounting standards.
- Maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risk.
- Oversee all the statutory compliance requirements.

Systems & Automation

- SAP for financial data. Train staff on advanced SAP modules and reporting tools.
- Automate repetitive accounting workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Integrate financial software tools to improve data accuracy.
- Power BI, Power Query and Presentations using AI tools

Qualifications

- Education: CA/CMA.
- Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years in progressive finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP and expert-level Microsoft Excel, Power BI capabilities.
- Expertise: Deep, comprehensive knowledge of Accounting standards.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing finance teams and driving cross-departmental projects.
