Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their eyewear needs.
- Recommend suitable eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Assist customers with billing, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.




- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
