- Own end-to-end Supply Chain Operations Procurement, Inventory Planning, Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution
- Manage high-volume, multi-SKU inventory (wire gauges, cable variants, LED wattages, accessories)
- Run demand forecasting, S&OP;, and procurement planning in coordination with Sales & Finance
- Negotiate with domestic & international suppliers on pricing, lead times, and terms
- Track raw material trends (Copper, Aluminium, PVC) to inform procurement decisions
- Drive stock audits, cycle counts, FIFO, and inventory reconciliation via ERP
- Own key KPIs: Inventory Turnover, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Dead Stock, Order Fulfilment
- Lead and mentor Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics teams

Who We're Looking For





- 5–8+ years in Supply Chain / Inventory / Procurement / Warehouse / Logistics
- Mandatory: Experience in Electrical Products — LED Lighting, Wires & Cables, Electrical Accessories, Switchgear, or Insulation Tapes
- Hands-on with ERP systems: SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics / NetSuite / Tally
- Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Supply Chain/Commerce); MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred
- Robust negotiation, team management, and ownership mindset
