- Run demos and innovation pilots

- Contribute to future roadmap planning

- Project Delivery

- Lead test-and-learn (especially AI-driven projects)

- Support complex deployments and configurations

- Drive end-to-end solution design

Skills & Experience

- Experience in independently leading HR tech, product innovation project in a global organisation

- Experience designing/ deploying AI technologies to large operations teams

- Experience working with:

- AI tools automation chatbots

- New vendor evaluations or tech pilots

- Exposure to:

- Market research benchmarking

- Innovation programs or digital transformation

- Business case creation ROI analysis Risk and impact assessment analysis

- Solid storytelling or presenting ideas to leadership

- Strong communicationwithtechnical andnon-technical stakeholders

- End-to-end technical project understanding
